These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the digital course Indonesian Affixation for Professional and Institutional Use (the “Course”), together with all related materials, live sessions, downloads, community features, websites, checkout pages, and services made available by the course provider (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course.

These Terms are drafted to align with applicable European Union laws, including where relevant:

  • Consumer Rights Directive

  • Digital Content and Digital Services Directive

  • Unfair Commercial Practices rules

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

  • Certificate of Completion

We may improve, expand, reorganize, or refine the Course over time.

Unless expressly stated at purchase, no accredited qualification, university credit, immigration benefit, or government certification is included.

3. Intended Audience and Suitability

The Course is primarily designed for:

5. Account Access and Security

You may need to create an account through Systeme.io or related systems.

You are responsible for:

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your device

  • Keeping account information current

  • All activity under your credentials unless caused by our fault

You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend accounts where security risks or misuse are reasonably suspected.

6. Licence and Permitted Use

Upon valid purchase, we grant you a limited, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable license to access the Course for your own personal professional development or authorized internal organizational learning.

You may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Resell access

  • Copy or republish lessons

  • Upload Course materials elsewhere

  • Record or redistribute live sessions without consent

  • Scrape, mine, or systematically extract content

  • Use content to build a competing course or product

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

All intellectual property remains owned by us or our licensors.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout.

Where legally required, VAT or similar taxes may be included or separately displayed depending on jurisdiction and platform configuration.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed provider. We do not store full payment card details.

By submitting payment, you authorize the processor to charge the applicable amount.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and funded.

8. EU Consumer Rights and Digital Content Consent

If you are an EU consumer, you may have statutory rights relating to digital content purchases.

Where immediate Course access begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires, you may be asked during checkout to:

  • Expressly consent to immediate digital delivery, and

  • Acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal rights where legally permitted.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to any mandatory statutory rights, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a refund within 14 days, contact the designated support channel and provide your purchase details.

Refund requests may be denied where permitted by law in cases such as:

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Session times may change with reasonable notice

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled where reasonably necessary

  • Attendance may be subject to capacity limitations

  • Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive participants may be removed from sessions where necessary to maintain a professional learning environment

You must not post:

We will not materially remove purchased core values without reasonable justification.

16. Intellectual Property

All Course content, branding, curriculum structure, text, video, audio, slides, examples, worksheets, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

No ownership transfers to you through purchase.

Unauthorized reproduction may lead to termination and legal remedies.

17. Disclaimer of Outcomes

The Course is educational in nature.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job offers

  • Promotions

  • Salary increases

  • Fluency by a specific date

  • Exam results

  • Institutional acceptance

  • Specific writing outcomes

Results depend on prior level, effort, practice quality, and context.

18. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit or opportunity

  • Data loss caused by third-party systems

  • Internet outages

  • Decisions made solely from Course content

Where lawful, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

19. Suspension or Termination

  • Serious misconduct

  • Unlawful use

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
